To help you develop the strongest application, we’re offering exclusive programming delivered by experts from our sponsor organizations and the local PropTech ecosystem. You’ll gain deeper insights on PropTech trends in Saudi Arabia, as well as what type of ideas are best suited for the competition.
Semi-finalists will be assigned a mentor from the Venture Studio team to help prepare for the pitch event. Semi-finalists will learn how to determine market size, design the business model, develop a go-to-market strategy, and create a compelling venture pitch deck.
Project PropTech seeks venture concepts that leverage digital, cognitive, and predictive technologies to address the greatest challenges in the construction and real estate industry.
All ideas will be evaluated for relevance to the competition theme and across six key categories:
The uniqueness of the idea and its approach to solving a specific problem.
The potential for the idea to bring about significant positive change.
The practicality of implementing the idea given available resources.
The potential for the idea to grow and reach a wider audience.
The potential for the idea to respond to the needs of both the Saudi Arabian and global markets.
The skills, experience, and passion of the team members.
